For Creators
When you sign up as a Creator and verify with Google, we collect your Google email address and public YouTube channel information (such as your channel name, subscriber count, and video statistics). This data is essential to verify channel ownership, build your public profile on Creovate, and establish authenticity and reputability within the community.
For Talent
When you sign up as a Talent, you have the option to use Google for quick authentication. If you choose this method, we only collect your Google email address to create and manage your account.
Privacy is important. The information we collect is used exclusively for the functionality of the Creovate platform. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third-party services or advertisers and we are funded by ourselves. We believe in transparency to the upmost degree.
- All data is used solely to power your profile, facilitate connections, and ensure the security of our platform. For us and others to know you are who you represent, any YouTube channel linked is unique and can't be linked to more than one profile.
- Any information we have on the platform is securely stored using Google Firebase services. It enables us to power this platform.
- We do not transfer your personal data to anyone or anywhere but Creovate. Everything we do is used exclusively for the Creovate platform and can be deleted upon request.
If you no longer want to be apart of the platform or simply want to request the deletion of your account and all associated data we store, you can do so here. This includes information from any sign-up methods or linking methods, including Google Authentication.
To request data deletion, please visit our Contact Page and submit your request. We will process your request promptly and confirm via email once your data has been permanently removed from our systems since you will no longer have a Creovate account.
