Welcome to Creovate. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Creovate website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. Provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
- Do not share your account or password.
- You are completely responsible for your interactions with other users.
- Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profiles, posts, job listings, portfolios) (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Creovate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.
- No illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- No infringement, defamation, harassment, or hateful content.
- No attempts to interfere with or scrape the Services without permission.
- No circumvention of security or access controls.
Creovate is a marketplace that connects creators and talent. We do not employ any talent, nor do we act as an agent for any creator. All agreements, projects, and payments are handled directly between users. We provide basic communication between users and do not encourage to go off platform.
Creovate is not responsible or liable for any disputes, scams, financial losses, or damages of any kind that may arise from your interactions with other users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by talent or the projects posted by creators.
While we moderate and regulate what is on the platform, we strongly encourage you to perform your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with another user. This includes checking their reputation by viewing their profile, seeing their work, or any linked social medias to provide further context. While we cannot mediate disputes or recover funds, we take fraudulent activity seriously. You can and should report any user you believe has violated our Community Guidelines. Confirmed violations, including scams, will result in an immediate and permanent suspension from the platform. You will not be eligible for any sort of ban appeals that may come for any of the reasons above.
If Creovate or an integrated processor facilitates payments, you agree to the processor’s terms. Fees, if any, will be disclosed before charge. You authorize charges to your selected payment method and are responsible for applicable taxes. Transactions between users are solely between those users.
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services like Google authentication providers, or if you are a Creator, a YouTube authentication provider. Creovate is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please submit a detailed notice via our Contact Page. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers as appropriate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Services, or to our interests.
We may update these Terms in the future if applicable. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and you'll have to agree to new Terms for continued use of the Creovate services.
